Description: These Union made shades were made by The Pittsburg Permaflector glass co. They were custom made in a lot of 600 for the Hess department store Allentown Pa. 1936. I have removed the paint from the lower part of the shade which exposes a copper coating that can be polished or patinated.they used in recessed lighting and never visible.
